Climate change-induce water challenges have become a significant threat to peace and prosperity worldwide. The impacts of climate change on water resources are multi-faceted and far-reaching. Firstly, changing precipitation patterns and increased frequency of extreme weather events lead to water scarcity in some regions and flooding in others, exacerbating tensions over water access and allocation. This can trigger conflicts between communities, regions or even countries jeopardizing peace and stability.
