Institutional Diplomacy and Peace Leadership

The Institutional Diplomacy and Peace Leadership course is a signature initiative of the Institute of International Peace Leaders (IIPL), designed to cultivate leaders who understand diplomacy beyond state boundaries. This program introduces participants to the IIPL model of peacebuilding, which integrates institutional engagement, ethical leadership, and sustainable development.

Over four weeks, learners will explore how non-state actors — such as NGOs, think tanks, academic institutions, and global networks — contribute to dialogue, diplomacy, and peace. The course combines theory with practical case studies, discussions, and interactive activities that empower participants to act as institutional diplomats in their own organizations and communities.
