I hereby declare that all the information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that the USD 50 registration fee is non-refundable and is required to receive the official invitation letter and visa guidance.

I further agree that upon receiving my visa, I will pay the USD 350 workshop fee in full. I acknowledge that failure to fulfill this commitment may result in legal action by the Institute of International Peace Leaders, including but not limited to prohibiting my entry into Türkiye or notifying relevant authorities.
